ABOUT ME / MY STORY...

Little Engine Communications helps individuals and teams develop personally and professionally through practical, innovative learning.

Lisa Walsh is the director and an arts practitioner, with a background in talent and learning development. She focuses on improving communication skills and boosting personal and professional performance. Her approach blends speech, acting, improvisation, role play, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), along with her flair as an engaging facilitator.

Lisa's coaching is based on communication dynamics, creative collaboration, and design thinking. Her expertise includes interview skills, presentation, public speaking, emotionally intelligent leadership, and overcoming "blocks."

She has led workshops, courses, development programs, and one-on-one sessions across industries like retail, education, technology, healthcare, arts, and law.

Like the story of The Little Engine That Could, Lisa is determined and persistent. She helps clients develop and achieve. Just as that little engine conquers a daunting hill with support and belief, Lisa CAN!

"There's nothing more rewarding than helping people discover their power. I'm not just teaching skills; I'm helping them tap into their true potential and take action in ways they never thought possible. It's about unlocking that 'little engine' inside that can accomplish great things."
